Benim ilk favorim Nişantaşındaki Sofa Otel, bence tam bir şehir oteli, Sonra Elmadağ Divan Oteli, Point Otel Gayrettepe,  Ahu Aysal'ın sahibi olduğu bu Les Ottomans, otelimiz butik oteller arasında en dikkat çekeni. Otel Kuruçeşmedeki Muhsinzade Yalısı'nın restorasyonu sonunda 2006 yılında açıldı. Otel ülkemizde feng Shui felsefesine göre düzenlenen ilk konaklama merkezidir. Daha otele adım attığınızda  fiyatlarıyla korkutan bir yer izlenimi veriyor. Yemekleri lezzetli. İstanbul sosyetesinin sık sık kullanıdığı mekan Osmanlı tarzındaki kumaşlarla döşenmiştir. Giriş kısmındaki bar ve ordaki koltuklar sıcak bir hava vermiş. Manzarası ve restoranıyla çok güzel butik oteldir Les Ottomans, Estambul'a yakışır bir otel.
